Theoretical perspective 

As a mindfulness practitioner, I am trained to be fully attuned to a client and notice the subtle shifts in energy and expression that happen in each moment. Through nonjudgmental attention and effective interventions, I will help you gain awareness around the different parts of yourself to discover the truest, most authentic you. I will help you uncover who you really are and what you really want, and I will work with you to break free from the patterns restricting your life. We will reawaken your aliveness
